INNOVATION AND TRADITION
Our four-hour cooking class teach you both skills and techniques under the direction of our professional Chef team in a state of the art kitchen. Your chef will take you through easy-to-learn techniques to make different kinds of bruschetta, fresh pasta, and tiramisù. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. By the end of your seminar you will feel confident to cook like an Italian, making healthy and tasty recipes that you can recreate at home.
Learn about local cooking, flavors and extraordinary wines while participating in hands-on cooking classes that immerse you into treasured Italian recipes.
Once the meal is done, sit down and indulge in this amazing meal, complemented with some nice Italian local wine. When you're done, take the recipes with you so you can recreate the meal at home. Participants are limited to just 20, ensuring you'll receive plenty of personal attention from the chef and his sous chef.

3 kinds of fresh colourfull pasta from scratch! Spinach ravioli filled with ricotta cheese, tagliatelle & pappardelle. Prepare meat bolognese, how to personalize cheeses and other different sauces. How to present the plates to your guests like a real chef. Our classic Italian dessert: Tiramisu and it’s variations.
