Getting close to Easter, every restaurateur and chef has to deal with the menu choices for this important festivity: tradition will play a big role in the choice for costumers and business alike.

This post is for all of our valuable guest that requested LAMB over fish…

…Sorry, we decided for fish, and here is why: 

A recent investigation over the life and death of LAMBS can be found here.

There are disturbing images and videos on how LAMBS are treated and killed and i strongly recommend so see them BEFORE making up your mind on what to eat.

If you can not watch them, then you are sensitive enough to choose something else.

The small choices we make on the table, or in the kitchen can change the world for better, even if for a small period of time, even if for few lambs, we believe are worth a try.

In their shoes, you’ll be glad we did it.

OUR PASSION IS FOOD, AND WE ARE RESEARCHING AND EVALUATING NEW MEAT DEALERS FOR ANIMALS THAT WERE GROWN AND DEALT WITH IN AN HUMANE WAY, AND WHILE WE CAN’T TAKE AWAY THE MEAT FROM OUR MENUES, WE CAN DO OUR PART, TO GIVE YOU ALTERNATIVES, AND SHINE A LIGHT ON SOMETHING THAT CAN SPARK, IN MORE SENSITIVE GUESTS, A NEED FOR MORE RESEARCH… AND, ULTIMATELY, INFLUENCE THE WAY YOU APPROACH DINNER AND GROCERY.

 

PART OF THE REVENUE FORM THE EASTER DAY WILL BE DEVOLVED TO ANIMALEQUALITY.IT TO THANK THEM FOR THE GREAT INVESTIGATION ON LAMBS AND FOR THEY EFFORTS IN THE FIGHT FOR ANIMAL RIGHTS.
